Ten hours of coaching with two players on a court, Monday to Friday. Six guests per week, and the rest of every day in one of the most walkable cities in Europe.
See the 2027 datesTwo hours of coaching every morning, five mornings running. That is the amount of court time where something changes: a grip that stops slipping, a second serve you trust, a volley you no longer back away from. Two players on a court with one coach, so every ball is yours and nothing is spent waiting your turn.
By one o’clock you are done, showered and free. Budapest is small enough to cross on foot, the thermal baths are a serious recovery tool rather than a tourist stop, and dinner costs a fraction of what it does in Western Europe. Come alone or come with someone who does not play — we built the afternoons for both.
Hungary plays on clay. Longer rallies, kinder on the knees, and the surface that teaches you to build a point instead of ending it in two shots.
Budapest sits on hot springs. After three mornings on court, an afternoon in 38-degree water is the difference between finishing the week strong and limping through Friday.
Castle Hill, the river, the Market Hall and the old seventh district are all within half an hour of each other. No day is spent in transit.
Court times shift an hour earlier in July and August. Everything else holds.
Levels are set on this first morning. Forehand and backhand under feed, then live rallying.
Fisherman’s Bastion and Matthias Church, down the funicular to the Chain Bridge.
Welcome dinner, 19:00Toss, the trophy position, a second serve that holds up. Return stance and contact point.
An hour on the water past Parliament, then the Pest embankment on foot.
Volleys, the approach shot, and the overhead everyone avoids practising.
Thermal pools in the City Park. Mid-week, this is the point: legs recover for Thursday.
Entry includedPlaying the first four shots on purpose. Serve-plus-one, cross-court discipline, when to change direction.
Lángos at the Great Market Hall, then the old seventh district, ending in a ruin bar.
Positioning, poaching, and a friendly round-robin to finish the week.
Up to the Citadella for the view over both banks, then the farewell dinner.
Farewell dinner, 19:00Arrive Thursday for the welcome dinner. Three mornings on court — Friday, Saturday and Sunday — six hours in total, with the same two-players-on-a-court format and the same coaches. Two afternoons in the city and a farewell lunch before you fly home.
You have never played, or you picked up a racket a handful of times. You will be rallying by Wednesday.
You can keep a rally going from the baseline and you are learning how to play actual points.
A club player. You serve, you play matches, and you want the technical gaps named out loud.
You play league or competitive club tennis and you are here for tactics and sharpening, not basics.
Ten hours of coaching, two players on a court with one coach, plus the full afternoon programme.
The same week with the coach to yourself for all ten hours.
Every afternoon and both dinners. No coaching.
A €300 deposit holds your place. The balance is due 45 days before the week starts. Cancel more than 45 days out and the deposit moves to another week of the same season. With six places per week, a held place is a place nobody else can take, which is why the deposit is what it is.
Every week runs Monday to Friday. Arrive Sunday, leave Saturday, and you have the weekend either side.

This is an application, not a payment. We read every one and reply with who you would share a court with, the hotel list and how to pay the deposit.
It is the most common way to come. You share a court with one other guest from Monday morning, and with six people in the week you know everyone by Tuesday.
We pair you before you arrive and tell you who you will be playing with. If Monday morning says otherwise, we change the pairing or put you on your own court for the rest of the week.
Indoor courts are held as backup for every week. The hours do not change.
We send a short list of hotels and apartments within walking distance of the courts, with the rate we have negotiated. You book directly.
Of course. Nothing after 11:00 is compulsory, and the city is easy to wander on your own.
No. Coaching, the afternoons and everything in writing are in English.
Tell us when you can travel and roughly how you play. You will hear back within two working days with your court pairing, the hotel list and how to hold your place.
